One needs to monitor the temperatures also that it doesn't go beyond 238 degree Fahrenheit. Then you need to add vanilla flavor into it. Now take out the mixture base in a bowl that has a paddle along with and start stirring the mixture in the bowl at a low pace and you should continue with this till the dish turns into a light brown or cream color, gloss becomes less and the consistency gets thicker and thicker. This whole process takes time of around 15 or 20 minutes to get completely done. The process to stir the hot mixture and then make the syrupy base thick can be easily done if one has a mixture at home having a separate paddle for stirring. It can also be done with the hands if anyone does not possess the mixture but the only problem is that it becomes tough to stir after the consistency gets thick. After this your recipe gets a thick base as well as it starts to become opaque which means that the dish is now about to get complete. Then you can put some nuts in it and can put the mixture in serving moulds. The fudge automatically gets cool and gets the shape of the moulds in which it is kept. After the dish gets a certain shape, you can also give it the shape of cubes or squares with a sharp knife. Now the dish is ready to be served in butter cups or foil papers. |
